Christian Living

We are learning MY LIFE RULZ 1-5 and also thinking about God’s peace and being peacemakers. We will understand that we have peace within ourselves when we are at peace with God. We have peace with each other by respecting ourselves and others and seeking to be peacemakers. We can be at peace with our environment when we respect it as God’s creation.

Social Science

Together and in groups we will investigate:

·         How Maori and British perspectives differed in history.

·         What conflicts arose?

·         How did people try to solve conflict?

·         Why is it important for us to honour the Treaty Of Waitangi?

Art

Pastels, crayons, ink and dye, collage.

PE/ Sport

Swimming, ASB lessons, Small ball skills and games.

Maori

Ko au (I, me, myself)

Scripture memory, Spelling: 4 nights per week (if needed) testing 10 words from lists in the back of homework/spelling book – please tick these, Study Ladder – Maths, Maths worksheet x 2 weekly.
